After the Birth
Physiotherapy, exercise classes and massage will help you be comfortable, continent, active and back into shape after childbirth.

Do Pelvic Floor Exercises Correctly and Safely
Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy will help you prevent and or cure bladder and bowel control troubles.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy can also help pelvic, vulval, anal, testicle pain syndromes and prolapse.
We use the latest research, Internal examination, Real Time ultrasound and Uroflow.
We offer detailed assessment with Real Time Ultrasound and our treatments hit the target.

Fitbellies
At Inner Strength Physiotherapy, we understand that exercise is difficult when you are a parent. We also know that exercise is important for the health of both you and your baby as being active can help prevent health problems and reduce your child's risk of obesity.

Fitbellies at Inner Strength Pregnancy classes:

Are a great way to commence or continue exercise during your pregnancy
Are fun, safe and suit all levels of fitness
Have small numbers for individual attention, helping you achieve your individual goals
Are based around inner strength - pelvic floor/abdominals
Include low impact aerobics, fitball, targeted strengthening and stretches
Will help you feel stronger, minimise aches and pains and improve your body balance

Clinical Pilates at Inner Strength Physiotherapy is mat Pilates and is another excellent way for you to emerge from aches and pains, pelvic floor related problems and to return to your chosen sport after childbirth.
